Medical Receptionist
Location: Bundaberg, QLD
Work Type: Full Time (4.5 days per week)

Located in the newly designed rooms in the Friendlies Medical Suites, Celebrate Women is a private gynaecology and obstetrics practice focused on exceptional care and a welcoming experience for every patient.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role offers a genuine work-life balance within a supportive and inspiring setting.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring each visit is a positive and seamless experience. We’re looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

- Has a warm, approachable nature and enjoys delivering exceptional service
- Can be the friendly, welcoming face for our patients throughout their healthcare journey
- Keeps our clinic running smoothly with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Is confident using technology and managing multiple systems
- Communicates clearly and empathetically — both verbally and in writing
- Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a passionate team culture
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare settings
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and invoicing with high attention to detail
- Experience with Gentu or similar practice management software (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
