Privacy policy

Plain language version

This is a plain language Privacy Policy. It’s easy to read and outlines our use of your information as well as our third-party partners.

In a nutshell

In a nutshell, we are good guys when it comes to privacy. It’s really important to us that your privacy is protected and honored while browsing here.

We don’t collect any information about you personally unless you use the contact form. Even then, we only use the information you provide us so we may contact you. Your details never leave our organisation and they aren’t recorded for further use unless you instruct us to.

We may collect some information about your browsing on our site. e.g. we may keep a statistics about how many times a page was visited but we never tie that information back to you.

We never collect any personal or identifiable information about you whatsoever.

Cookies

To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most big websites do this too.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Our Cookies

We use cookies just a little bit for presenting information to you, or not showing you information more than once (e.g. we use cookies to ensure we don’t show the cookies notice on every page visit … oh the irony!) We personally don’t track you around the web or do anything nasty.

How to control cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish – for details, see aboutcookies.org. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Here are links to the third party privacy policies we spoke about earlier. Check them out and see if you’re cool with them. We use them, so if you are on our site, you are using them too.
